We’d be happy to send out further confirmation of your gift. Please let us know by contacting us at mailto: email@example.com subject ‘Written confirmation’ including your details, the fund name and details of how you made the gift.
How much of the money I raise will directly support Children with Cancer UK?
When you make a donation to Children with Cancer UK, we are charged a number of standard transactional fees by other companies, including fees for processing payments, looking up addresses and validating bank account details.
We are always keen to keep our administration costs to a minimum, which is why we want to offer supporters like you the chance to offset some of these fees with a small increase to your donation. This is completely optional and we are very grateful for your donation whether or not you choose to increase it.
Can I add Gift Aid to the donations?
Using Gift Aid means that for every £1 you give, we can claim back 25p from HMRC, helping your donation go further. This means that £10.00 can be turned into £12.50. If you are a UK taxpayer and want your donation to go further, simply tick the Gift Aid box when you make your donation.
How do I tell my friends and family about my fund?
You can share your page through the Facebook, Twitter and email links on your Remembering page.
Can I change my page later?
Once your page has been created, you can use the account area to change your page information, and add photos and videos as often as you like. You can also update your fundraising target (if you have set one) and change your password or email address at any time.
What about security?
You will be using a secure connection to create your page and to make donations. A password protected account will be set up for you to make any changes.
